Here's the gig:
A very well-regarded engineering consultancy is looking for a Project Manager who understands the work, not just the Gantt chart. An internal promotion has created space for someone new.
You'll be running land development projects end to end, from early feasibility through to delivery, working alongside talented designers, planners, and other technical consulting experts.

What you bring:
* 2 to 8 years of experience, with some time in a design role before moving into PM. This matters, they want someone who gets both sides of the fence.
* Solid land development experience in greenfield residential.. you know the lifecycle, the stakeholders, the pressure points
* You're likely coming from a competitor
* Calm under pressure, sharp in a client room, and the person your team turns to when things get complicated.
