About the role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Account Manager role forms an integral part of our overall sales strategy. It is key to managing and owning the Morco Fresh customer relationships and service.
The Account Manager is responsible for managing a company’s relationships with its customers. The Account Manager will oversee finding new business, be assigned prospects, given accounts, or a combination thereof. Tasks may involve project management, strategic planning, sales support, product design, service application, logistics, and marketing.
This office is based in Canning Vale with onsite parking available. The role entails the exciting opportunity to engage and visit our customers in person, necessitating 3 – 4 days on the road per week.

* Regular face-to-face meetings with customers developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our customer and the Morco Fresh business.
* Operate as the point of contact for assigned customers.
* Communicates client needs and demands to Morco Customer Service and Operations
* Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
* Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
* Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients
* Collaborate with sales team to reach prospective clients
* Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
* Keep records of client interactions through CRM
The ideal candidate is highly motivated and engaging. You will have the ability to multitask, prioritise and work autonomously.
* Drivers license required
* Previous 2+ years' experience in similar role
* Highly motivated and targets driven
* Excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills
* Exceptional organisational skills when managing processes
* Works well independently and in a team environment
