Key Responsibilities:
* Execute account contract renewals that maximize value while maintaining strong customer relationships
* Manage the renewal, upsell, and cross-sell process for a high volume of customers
* Identify customer requirements and develop strategies to address roadblocks and drive renewal success
* Provide executive management with complete visibility into renewals and collaborate on resolution strategies when needed
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience in sales or account management with a focus on contract negotiations
* A minimum of 2 years of experience managing phone transactions
