Cafe Manager Opportunity
Seeking an experienced cafe manager to lead a dynamic front-of-house team and drive smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily cafe operations, ensuring efficient service flow and high presentation standards.
* Maintain stock levels, order supplies from approved vendors, and liaise with the kitchen, health & safety, and museum teams for seamless coordination.
* Manage cash handling, banking, and reconciliation processes, as well as POS systems, menu pricing, and specials.
* Lead, train, and motivate the cafe team to deliver exceptional customer service, and prepare staff rosters and approve timesheets.
* Recruit, onboard, and develop front-of-house team members, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
Customer Experience:
Engage with customers to create a warm atmosphere, respond promptly to feedback or complaints, and ensure team members are knowledgeable about the menu and museum offerings.
