Your Day On A Page

Located at our Buderim Regional Office, the National Marketing Manager - Lead Nurture and Conversion is responsible for leading the national Database Health and Lead Conversion marketing function, with a specific focus on developing and implementing data‑driven strategies and plans that maximise lead nurturing effectiveness and drive conversion outcomes across the customer journey.

This includes partnering with the sales team to optimise lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-reservation conversion, as outlined in our annual business plan. You will lead and mentor a team of direct reports, providing guidance and supporting their development. The role also drives stakeholder engagement and management, acting as a trusted marketing advisor across business units and project teams.

This role will work across NSW, VIC/Qld/SA and QLD. Ideally based in QLD but the ideal candidate could be based in any of these locations.

This position is offered as a 12 month Fixed‑term contract on a Part‑time basis 22.5 hours per week.


Reporting to the General Manager Strategic Marketing and Capability Building, your responsibilities include:

* Lead the development and delivery of the annual integrated Cx lead nurturing and conversion marketing plan for the Keyton Village Management portfolio and ensure alignment to key commercial and strategic objectives
* Leverage customer data and insights to inform plans and strategy and provide evidential support to decisions
* Oversee the implementation of lead nurture marketing plans, ensuring that activity is captured and communicated in a timely manner to all relevant internal and external stakeholders
* Oversee the development and review of strategic briefs for nurture campaigns, communications, key initiatives nationally, portfolio and special projects.
* Work closely with external agencies and internal data and strategy teams to develop actionable customer and marketing insights that inform and improve lead nurturing and conversion marketing plans
* Develop initiatives to improve database health and lead nurture effectiveness across the Keyton VM portfolio and work cross‑functionally to embed this activity across the business
* Work closely with broader business teams (Sales, Operations, Development, etc.) to understand shifting customer needs and market sentiment and adjust strategy accordingly


About you:

Your demonstrated diverse experience in a marketing management role will see you succeed in this role. As will:

* A tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) - Essential
* Post‑graduate qualification in Marketing or Business - Desired
* Minimum of 12 years extensive marketing experience
* Demonstrated ability to lead a team positively with experience developing direct reports
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, and ability to work within a fast‑paced environment with multiple marketing projects/campaigns running simultaneously
* Excellent account and project management skills coupled with a collaborative and positive approach
* Have highly accomplished writing, editing and proof‑reading skills and a deep understanding of how to adapt copy for audiences and a variety of marketing channels.
* Highly fiscally responsible with the ability to forecast, build and reconcile an integrated marketing budget, and provide recommendations for improvements.
