As our Senior Analyst, Revenue Operations, you will advise and influence Sales & Partner leadership, shaping our future with expertise in strategic planning, sales optimization, and operational excellence. You will drive performance and scalable growth initiatives by collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Finance. What You'll Be Doing to Drive Success
- Be the strategic architect across all go-to-market planning, processes, systems, and analytics.
- Forge powerful collaborations with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to create organizational alignment and clear visibility.
- Command the data : Lead sales funnel analytics and reporting across the entire lead-to-revenue lifecycle, turning conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and health metrics into actionable insights.
- Master forecasting accuracy, coordinating regular forecast meetings that empower sales leadership.
- Own the roadmap for revenue planning, headcount modeling, and sales capacity planning.
- Revolutionize sales processes, from optimizing territory alignment and pipeline hygiene to boosting overall sales productivity.
- Build the future of insights : Define impactful KPIs and construct dynamic dashboards that deliver real-time views into performance, pipeline health, campaign impact, and sales execution.
- Ignite strategic conversations : Surface crucial insights and partner directly with leaders to shape winning sales strategies.
- Harmonize success by aligning compensation plans and quota-setting with strategic financial goals, in partnership with Finance.
- Clear the path for our customers : Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to identify and remove friction points in the buyer journey.
- Empower executive decisions : Provide essential performance insights, trends, and forward-looking projections for executive and board-level reporting.
What You Bring to the Table
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Partner Operations in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven mastery in sales process design, funnel analysis, forecasting, and comprehensive revenue planning.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and hands-on experience with Salesforce. Must have experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to model complex business challenges and translate data into actionable strategies.
- Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration and managing high-impact projects under pressure.
- Executive-level communication skills to confidently influence senior stakeholders.
- Bonus points for experience with SQL or similar data query tools.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; an MBA is a definite plus.
Compensation and Benefits

Final compensation decisions depend on location, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business needs. You may also be eligible to participate in a Saviynt discretionary bonus plan, subject to program rules and performance.
