Your Responsibilities
As Restaurant Manager, you will:
* Lead all restaurant operations to ensure exceptional end-to-end guest experiences.
* Oversee day-to-day service and drive strategic operational excellence.
* Recruit, train, mentor and inspire a high-performing operations team.
* Support and develop proposals for activations and non-event-based initiatives.
* Build strong relationships with internal departments and external partners.
* Manage labour and restaurant forecasting, rosters and operational budgets.
* Champion Lua’s culture, service philosophy and commitment to excellence.
What are we looking for?
A natural leader ready to step into a career-defining role within a growing, future-focused hospitality group. You thrive in a hands-on environment, embrace process improvement, and love representing restaurant leadership directly to guests.
You will bring:
* Minimum 3 years’ management experience in a similar role (Restaurant Manager, Operations Manager, Assistant Manager or Senior Operations).
* Strong leadership qualities – organised, flexible, a great coach and communicator.
* A genuine love of hospitality, dining trends, service delivery and team development.
* Proven success building, training and motivating service teams.
* Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
* Strong computer literacy – MS Office, restaurant POS/CRM systems.
* Exposure to budgeting and financial controls.
* A results-driven mindset with a “hands-on”, can-do attitude.
