Overview
Join to apply for the Disability Support Worker role at Cerebral Palsy Alliance. This role is based across the Greater West Region and you may travel across all sites including Prairiewood, Liverpool, Blacktown, Rooty Hill, Guilford, Ashfield, Castle Hill and Chester Hill. Shifts are day shifts of 09:00-15:00 or 09:30-15:30 or 10:00-16:00.
Responsibilities
- Implement person-centered planning and foster innovative support approaches to tailor client programs to individual goals and needs
- Deliver personalised support by assisting with mealtimes, personal care, medication administration, manual handling, and related tasks
- Support clients to make their own choices and build skills to be more independent
- Support clients to engage and participate in the community
- Build positive relationships with clients
- Transport clients in wheelchair accessible vans and pool cars

Requirements
- Experience in a carer role or relevant life experience; a can-do attitude is key
- A current NSW Driver\'s License (P2 minimum)
- Must be able to travel across sites including Prairiewood, Liverpool, Blacktown, Rooty Hill, Guilford, Ashfield, Castle Hill and Chester Hill
