Starting immediately this is a 9-month FTC, focusing on end-to-end AP, using SAP. Manage the end-to-end function in an autonomous position.
**The Company**
A well-known brand is seeking the expertise of a Standalone Accounts Payable Officer with strong technical skills, and unparalleled knowledge withing Accounts Payable. This role will provide a busy and varied role within an extremely collaborative finance team.
While the head office is in West Perth, there may be some travel between Leederville & Subiaco from time to time.
This is a 9 month FTC, with the opportunity to work from home a couple of days a week.
**The Role**
As the Accounts Payable Officer, you will be reporting to the Finance Manager, and working very closely with a Bookkeeper.
- Processing invoices across various sites within Australia
- Managing vendor queries and internal follow up
- Preparing payment runs which including creating the bank file
- Reconciliations of supplier statements and follow up as required
- Adding new vendors to the ERP and maintaining vendor data
- Managing the company expense process including credit cards
**Your Profile**
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have proven experience in a similar high volume Accounts Payable role within a large organisation, and at least 2 years solid Accounts Payable experience. You will have the ability to prioritise tasks accordingly, be pro-active and have exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal, be adaptable to change and innovation and have accurate data entry skills.
SAP experience will be highly regarded.
