We are seeking a Sales Professional with strong relationship management skills to drive sales and distribution of our wine portfolio within a defined territory.
About the Role
This is an autonomous role that requires a high level of communication and negotiating skills, as well as adaptability and self-motivation. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to interpret and leverage category data and consumer insights to support brand development.
* Manage key accounts including State Retail Banner groups and National accounts listings.
* Expand our independent retail accounts and increase our brand presence across the WA market.
* Build and manage strong relationships with customers and the sales team.
* Meet sales targets and execute monthly group promotional plans.
* Drive new business and identify sales opportunities in your territory.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A high level of communication and negotiating skills.
* The ability to work autonomously and prioritize workload.
* A proven track record of driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers.
* Experience working in a Territory Manager role in FMCG or the drinks industry.
