Allstaff Resources, in partnership with a leading integrated steelworks and Australia's only manufacturer of rail, is seeking experienced Front End Loader Operators to join their team on a 5:4:4:5 rotating day and night roster.
These positions offer 12-hour shifts and the opportunity to work within one of Australia's largest steel manufacturing operations.
LOCAL WHYALLA RESIDENTS ENCOURAGED TO APPLY Duties include, but are not limited to: Operate Front End Loaders to move raw materials, slag, product, and waste streams around the site.
Load hoppers, feed conveyors, fill trucks, and support production operations.
Complete pre-start inspections, logbooks, and equipment safety checks.
Work as part of a fast-paced production environment across multiple departments.
Successful candidates will possess the following: Proven experience operating Front End Loaders (industrial, mining, or heavy manufacturing preferred).
Valid LL Loader Ticket and current driver's licence.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 5:4:4:5 rotating day/night roster.
Physically fit, reliable, and able to work in a hot, heavy industrial environment.
