Lead from the front in a hands‐on role to help make quality at the centre of everything we do. Suit a very capable, experienced and dedicated Venue Manager wanting to take the next step into a large volume store with an aspiration of further growth.
Locations
* Thirsty Camel Australind – Located 21 Clayfield Road, Australind. Brand new store opening up this year in the South West. Training will be provided at a nearby busy Thirsty Camel drive‐through to 'learn the ropes' before leading the opening of the new store in late 2026.
* Thirsty Camel – Victoria Park. Existing store recently rebranded and refitted from Bottlemart. Seeking a motivated manager to help drive growth.
* Thirsty Camel – Clarkson. A flagship store of the WA. Seeking a capable leader of an existing team to support a high volume output.
Requirements
* 1+ years of retail management experience (Retail Off Premise).
* Approved Managers card, RSA and management experience.
* Full understanding of stock control, stock forecasting and ordering.
* Cash handling, EFTPOS and cash operating expertise.
* Rostering capabilities.
* Strong compliance focus.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Strong leadership style that inspires and mentors your team.
* A self‐starting drive to run your own store and team, making it your own and defining your success.
* An eye for presentation, ensuring the store is clean, stocked and visually appealing for customers.
* Great knowledge across a wide range of products.

Thirsty Camel Superstores are excited to be hiring new liquor store managers for some stores within the network. With a network of 10 superstores within the WA network, your success in this role is ensured with comprehensive training and support from a group operations team. The new store will offer a wide range of local and international products across Wine, Beer, Premix & Spirits. Candidates will be required to have an Approved Managers card, RSA and management experience. You will be the face of the store, responsible for the daily operations, and will mould an experienced existing team that is focused on consistently delivering exceptional customer service. Our experienced store manager has a long handover and will be available to fully onboard you into the role to ensure your success. We offer a great working structure of rosters and overtime for any additional hours worked above your 40 contracted hours per week.
