About Goodstart Innisfail
This small, 57-place centre excels in creating a nurturing, inclusive, and supportive environment for our children in Toddlers (15months to 2.5years), Pre-Kindy (2.5years to 4years) and Kindergarten (3.5years to 5years). With diverse and experienced staff from Australia, India, the Philippines and the Torres Strait Islands, the centre values strong bonds between home and the centre, ensuring holistic child development through tailored care environments and culturally rich interactions. Activities are designed to meet the specific needs of each age group, promoting physical, cognitive, and social-emotional growth. You’ll need
* Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current QLD Working with Children Check
