About the Role The Customer Data Architect is a senior data architecture role specifically supporting the customer engagement & experience platforms, the core responsibility to make strategic information and data architecture decisions around customer and reference data mastry. The customer data architecture role is required to provide a range of services to all internal business units including data strategy, architecture, data analytics, business intelligence, data science and data engineering. They must effectively build and manage relationships with Key Business Stakeholders, Enterprise Architects, Product Owners, Platform Owners, and Data Engineers.The Customer Data Architect will be responsible for the development of customer data strategy; spanning both the data & customer engagement architecture teams. They are responsible for managing the delivery of Data Architecture strategy and artefacts supporting data architecture patterns, assist in designing and delivery of data capabilities for customer data platform and responsible to provide data architecture services to key programs and initiatives.
