Sales Growth Manager
We are looking for a sales growth manager to join our team. This role will involve managing a portfolio of customers in the Health and Property industry, providing tailored support to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and maintaining detailed understanding of customer businesses and financial needs.
* Applying customer-centric approach to support customer business needs with suitable products and services.
* Maintaining well-managed portfolios compliant with all relevant policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in commercial banking frontline roles and commercial lending. They should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to assess customer creditworthiness.
In this role, you will collaborate with product partners and other stakeholders to fulfill customer needs. You will also manage multiple tasks, track customer documentation, banking transactions, and internal communications.
