Maintenance Support Administrator:
Join a dynamic team supporting critical maintenance operations within a high-performing industrial environment. Based in Garden Island you will support the project team with daily administration duties, playing a key role in enabling safe, efficient, and on-time maintenance execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Taking Daily Minutes of meetings
Managing Access to GI
Onboarding of new starters for project teams
Supporting Project Team of daily administration duties
Raising of requisitions
Process Invoicing
Develop Flow Charts
Print weekly Schedules for the project team
Raise Work orders such as service requests
Your Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels
Confident with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience providing admin support in engineering, manufacturing, or similar environments
Well-organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Industry experience in shipbuilding, ship repair, heavy engineering, or civil construction (highly regarded)
