Job Description:
The role of Executive Manager, Quality involves providing strategic leadership and management to teams in a forensic science and/or quality assurance environment.
* Tertiary degree in science with a major in biology/chemistry and relevant post-graduate qualifications.
* Proven leadership and management skills with experience in project management.
* Able to monitor client and stakeholder satisfaction and constructively manage client/stakeholder issues.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external government entities.
* Leadership and management of teams in a forensic science and/or quality assurance environment
* Project management knowledge and experience, with proven ability to plan, coordinate and prioritise tasks to achieve project outcomes
* Moderating client and stakeholder satisfaction and constructively managing client/stakeholder issues
* Coordinating the implementation of contemporary and innovative scientific processes, procedures and concepts
