We're looking for a Tendering / Bid Engineer to own winning bids and proposals, collaborating with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to deliver technically sound and commercially competitive solutions. This is your chance to make a real difference on projects that matter.
What You'll Do:
Lead the preparation and submission of quotations, bids, and tenders
Analyse customer requirements to optimise solutions and product integration
Prepare technical documentation: single line diagrams, general arrangements, product selections, technical descriptions, and BOMs
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver winning proposals
Conduct cost calculations, commercial risk assessments, and project planning
Manage technical Q&A's, RFIs, and subcontractors
Support smooth handover to operations and assist sales with presentations and events
About You:
Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (essential)
Strong Power Engineering knowledge
Experience with Medium & Low Voltage Switchgear, Transformers, and related equipment
Proposal engineering, tendering, or bid management experience in electrical/energy sectors
Analytical, commercially minded, and a collaborative team player
