You will oversee a remote workforce who work across several Australian Defence Force Health Centres. As Regional Manager, your primary objective is to strengthen team culture, drive performance, and ensure compliance across your region.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor Operations Coordinators to support team engagement.
* Build strong, collaborative relationships with Australian Defence Force and Bupa stakeholders.
* Participate in service improvement and performance optimization initiatives.
* Drive culture-focused activities across regional teams.
* Maintain compliance in rosters, operations, and clinical practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in client-facing or stakeholder-led roles, ideally in health or defence.
* Experience managing people and team performance.
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Strong judgment, autonomy, and decision-making capabilities.
* Excellent communication, both verbal and written.
