Position Summary Full‑time general practitioner in a mixed billing private practice located in Nanango, QLD. Duties include general GP care, surgical procedures, emergency care, and mental health services. 40‑hour week with an average of four patients per hour.

Perform surgical procedures as required.

Qualifications & Experience
General registered medical practitioner.
IMG level 2 or higher.
After Hours Requirements No after‑hours duties.

Practice Information The practice is a mixed billing private surgery in Nanango. Located at the top of town, close to a pharmacy and hospital. Established in 2002, the practice currently has three permanent doctors, a practice manager, experienced receptionists, and two practice nurses. Visiting allied health professionals (podiatry, psychology, dietitian, I Hear, etc.) and QML on site. Facilities include three treatment rooms, five consult rooms, a mole mate room, an acupuncture room, and a staff kitchen.
Location Highlights Nanango is a regional town approximately 200 km northwest of Brisbane, with a population of about 13,000 in the shire and 3,000 in the town. The area offers a range of amenities, including schools, a hospital (10 acute beds), pharmacies, and recreational activities such as golf, bowls, tennis, and an indoor aquatic centre. Kingaroy Hospital is a 25‑km inland hospital with visiting specialists and a radiology centre. The region also includes shopping centres, banks, and nearby natural attractions.
