We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Associate. This is a trainee role for Sales Consultants, providing support with daily sales, sales centre activities, and follow-ups.
Job Description
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to Sales Consultants, Sales Operations Executives, and Sales Managers. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing support to Sales Consultants in achieving sales rates as determined by the Sales Manager.
* Attending and minuting weekly meetings as required.
* Assisting with preparing reports and documents as required.
* Coordinating S&M related functions of display suite openings and project launches.
* Maintaining high levels of presentation and adequate stocks for display suites and sales offices.
* Keeping sales isometrics up to date.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 3-5 years' experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
* Availability to work most weekends.
* Demonstrated commercial / financial acumen.
* Administration or sales experience.
* Database management skills.
* A Real Estate Certificate of Registration / Agents Representative.
* Good Microsoft Suite skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
