Change Managers (Adoption, Training or Communications)
A major consulting client is supporting a large transformation program for a leading Telco and is looking for Change Managers across three capability areas. Candidates can come from an Adoption, Training or Communications specialisation background, as long as they bring solid experience in enterprise change and process embedment.
You'll join a well-established change team with clear methods, consistent reporting and defined delivery rhythms. This suits someone adaptable, collaborative and comfortable working within structured frameworks.
Rate: $88.00 p/h + super
Contract duration: 5 months (extensions available based on performance)
Location: NSW, 2113
Work type: 4 days in office, 1 WFH
General experience required
• 4-5 years in change management
• Strong experience with process embedment, adoption uplift and readiness
• Background in training design, onboarding or technology and process uplift
• Good understanding of change methodologies and organisational transformation
• Exposure to CMT programs or Telco environments is preferred
• Comfortable with a hybrid setup and a strong onsite presence
• Able to slot into set change practices and flex to these ways of working
Three specialisations available
Communications
The Communications Specialist will lead change management initiatives with a focus on strategic communications. This includes planning and executing communications campaigns, creating content across digital platforms, and engaging stakeholders to support adoption and embed new processes. The role requires expertise in corporate communications, human-centered design, and experience with digital communication tools.
Training
The Training Specialist will design and deliver learning programs that support change initiatives and process adoption. This includes applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies, developing content across multiple modalities, and incorporating gamification and e-learning approaches. The specialist will also measure training effectiveness, assess readiness, and apply human-centered design principles to ensure optimal learning experiences.
Adoption
The Adoption Specialist will focus on driving adoption and embedding change across the organisation. This includes leading stakeholders, implementing adoption frameworks, and applying best practices to support engagement and process embedment. The role also involves data analysis, supporting communications and training frameworks, and monitoring readiness and adoption success. A strong understanding of human-centered design is required.
