We're looking for a
Chef de Partie
who thrives in a high-octane environment, leads with passion, and knows how to drive consistency under pressure.
The Role
As Chef de Partie, you'll take ownership of your section, mentoring junior staff while delivering standout food to match our electric service.
You'll work closely with senior chefs to uphold quality, manage prep, and help keep service fast, tight, and on-point.

What We're Looking For
Have 3+ years' experience in high-volume kitchens, ideally with Asian or Japanese cuisine
Thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven service environment
Are confident leading a section and supporting junior team members
