Job Title: Sustainable Landscaper
We're seeking a passionate and skilled Sustainable Landscaper to join our team in Lismore. In this role, you'll maintain gardens and lawns at residential and commercial sites, while supporting people with disabilities to work in meaningful employment.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform all aspects of gardening, lawn care, and grounds maintenance.
• Support the Team Leader in fostering a positive team culture.
• Assist supported employees in building skills and reaching their employment goals.
Achieving Our Goals
The successful candidate will be physically fit for manual handling tasks, have strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills. You'll need to be able to prioritise tasks within a small team. Experience working with people with disabilities is preferred but not essential for this role.
