This is a unique opportunity to step into a newly created role that's backed by the strength of a globally respected manufacturer, giving you the chance to shape the strategy, own the customer relationships, and represent innovative technology with an already established footprint across ANZ.
You will be responsible for selling a portfolio of biotech analysers, consumables, and service contracts into the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and life science research space. They are looking for someone to be based out of Victoria, with New South Wales considered.
Reporting To The General Manager, You Will
Drive sales of biotech analysers, consumables, and service contracts
Identify and develop new business opportunities in biotech, pharma, and research sectors
Manage and grow existing customer relationships
Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate evaluations with scientific stakeholders
Navigate complex sales processes involving technical, clinical, and commercial teams
Support customers with IQ/OQ/PQ validation and onboarding
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum 4+ years' experience in biotech, pharma, scientific sales, or lab instrumentation
Strong understanding of cell culture, biosensors, or bioprocessing applications
Exposure to IQ/OQ/PQ or regulated laboratory environments
Confident running demos and influencing both technical and procurement stakeholders
Highly self-motivated with excellent time management and communication skills
Based in VIC ideally (NSW considered), with ability to travel interstate
