Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Data & Analytics Professional to join our team in the build-out of a new Data & Analytics function. This is an excellent opportunity to implement software and systems to benefit the business prior to being the subject specialist for all Data and Analytics related queries.

About Your New Role
This newly created role will work closely with our IT Manager to support the build-out of the new Data & Analytics function. You will be responsible for utilizing company data to provide actionable insights to key decision makers that will drive strategic business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Participate in the selection and implementation of products in the build-out phase of the project.
* Develop visually appealing and informative BI Reports in consultation with business stakeholders.
* Set up secure processes for data collection, including developing data governance frameworks.
* Ensure the ongoing integrity and quality of data, including effective and secure management.
* Engage with data owners to identify correct classification of data sets while supporting easy and secure access to data.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A formal qualification or certification within IT, Business Intelligence, Data, and/or Analytics.
* Tangible experience working in a Data role, including experience supporting Windows environments and infrastructure (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WIFI & Firewall products).
* Experience working within modern Microsoft technologies, including MS Fabric, PowerBI, SharePoint, Azure, D365.
* Prior exposure to delivering IT projects while partnering with stakeholders from different verticals.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to build strong working relationships.
