We are currently seeking a full time Finance & Marketing Assistant to join our team at Maroochydore.
Someone with broad office experience or capacity to learn quickly, in a finance and insurance environment would be ideal for this role. Graduates and under-graduates encouraged to apply.
A flair for marketing in social media an advantage.
Finance and Insurance Training provided as required.
We are looking for a proactive, mature person who is seeking a challenging and rewarding role. Duties would include but not be limited to:
* General Office Administration
* Database administration
* Assisting clients
* Processing finance applications
* Assisting with finance settlements
* Marketing support - including implementation and management of social media activities.
To be successful in this role you will need to possess the following attributes:
* The ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills
* Demonstrated skills in using CANVA or similar software
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills
* A good work ethic
* Positive attitude is essential
* Punctual & reliability is essential
* Ability to learn quickly
* Ability to work autonomously as required

* Initiative
