Position Overview:
As a Maintenance Carpenter at First Response Maintenance Solutions, you will play a crucial role in executing and overseeing maintenance and construction projects.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of commercial construction experience, with a preference for individuals with expertise in the installation of commercial windows and experience on major projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute and oversee carpentry tasks with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Utilize carpentry skills to perform a variety of maintenance carpentry tasks.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project delivery within established timelines.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations at all times.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction experience.
Proven experience in the installation of commercial windows.
Previous involvement in major construction projects is highly desirable.
Strong carpentry skills with proficiency in framing, finishing, and general construction tasks.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
