If you are an organised, friendly and process driven Administrative Assistant then here is the job for you. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the inbox
- Taking minutes and preparing agendas
- Diary management
- Preparing monthly reports
- Ad hoc support to the management team
- Providing quotes
- Arranging client meetings
**What you'll need to succeed**
Previous experience in a similar Administrative role will lead you to success as will:
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Exceptional time management with the ability to meet deadline's
- Confident using IT systems with the ability to pick up in-house software
