Support Worker Positions available for Experienced applicants
Permanent Part-Time contracts available with hourly rate of $*****p / h + 11% super
Travel Allowance of $0.92 per KM PLUS paid travel time between clients
Key Requirements
Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle
Fully vaccinated minimum 2 doses for Covid-19
Flexibility to work rosters between 7am to 6pm between Monday to Sunday
Minimum 12 months experience and / or a Certificate III in Individual Support

Help at Home : such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation & assisted dressing
Social & Wellbeing : accompany clients to appointments & outings
Safety Practices : such as safe manual handling &driver awareness
Transport : transportation to appointments, shopping and social outings

To be successful in this role
Must have a Current Australian Provisional or Full Drivers licence
Must have a reliable vehicle – Comprehensive Insurance desirable not mandatory
Must either have a certificate III in Individual Support or 12 months experience working in a similar role or in an Aged Care setting
Must have received at least 2 doses of the COVID19 Vaccination
