Executive General Manager Opportunity
This leadership role offers the chance to take your management career to new heights. As Executive General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing business with over 250 operational staff across various divisions.
About the Role
* Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and growth, as well as overseeing human resources and daily operational management.
* You will work closely with a specialized team, including Talent Acquisition, P&C, Training and Development, and Business Support.
* The role involves though not limited too;
Key Responsibilities:
1. People Management
* Provide leadership and training (where required) to the entire operational unit
* Understand business needs and recruit accordingly
* Create a positive, results-driven culture
* Implement change management where required
2. Product Management
* Understand legislative frameworks that Pinnacle works within
* Responsibility for the quality of products across all business divisions (SE, NE, PSYC)
* Drive continuous improvement of services to maintain Pinnacle's position as one of the leading providers of workplace rehabilitation
* Maintain license requirements within various states and frameworks
3. Analytics
* Utilize reporting to drive performance across divisions to ensure portfolio performance is exceptional
* Utilize information effectively to inform key stakeholders on performance of operational unit
* Understand and present on financial performance of the operational unit
4. Account Management
* Collaborate closely with Account Management team to ensure that service models and delivery meet customer performance
* Implement and manage systems that identify claims requiring management review and ensure that Principal Consultants complete file reviews that demonstrate the most effective service at the right time meeting the needs of key stakeholders
* Ensure that Account Managers are supported in the completion of their role by a consistent level of proactivity across files and documentation to support progression of claims and clear strategies regarding future rehabilitation activities.
About You
* Minimum 7 years' experience working in NSW Occ Rehab sector
* Demonstrated experience in managing both Same Employer and New Employer Divisions
* Successful track record in managing a large division
* Experience managing managers
* Tertiary qualified in either; Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling Or Physiotherapy
