Delivering Exceptional Guest Experiences
We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Guest Service Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Greeting guests in a warm and welcoming manner
* Efficiently handling guest check-ins and check-outs
* Providing guests with information about the hotel and its amenities
* Responding to guest calls and requests, using problem resolution strategies to address any issues
* Assisting guests with inquiries over the phone
* Cancelling room reservations according to procedures
* Relocating guests professionally and courteously, as needed
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Essential Qualifications:
* Excellent communication skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
* Ability to work under pressure
* Positive attitude and a can-do approach
A diploma or certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management is desirable, as is knowledge of Opera/Fidelio. While prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferable, it is not essential.
