ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join a fast-paced and high-performing marketing and brand team. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping visual brand identity, delivering high-quality creative assets, and supporting major events, fan engagement, digital campaigns and commercial initiatives.
For the right candidate, there is flexibility for this to be hired as a Lead Graphic Designer, taking ownership of brand guidelines, visual direction and higher-level creative leadership. This is an exciting opportunity for a designer ready to step up, drive innovation and see their work showcased on a national stage.
DUTIES
- Manage, maintain and evolve brand guidelines across multiple properties
- Deliver a broad range of high-quality design work across digital, social, print and event environments
- Support major event marketing, consumer business units and fan experience initiatives
- Develop finished artwork for print, production, outdoor media and merchandise
- Generate recent creative concepts, bringing innovation and fresh thinking to every brief
- Work with multiple internal teams to interpret creative briefs and develop concepts aligned to stakeholder needs
- Work with photography, CAD tools and various media formats to create compelling visual content
- Proof and quality-check materials to ensure accuracy and consistency
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years graphic design experience, ideally across both digital and print
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience preparing finished artwork, desktop publishing and digital/web-based design
- Strong capability with Microsoft Office, including building templates (Word + PowerPoint)
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and work within established brand guidelines
- Experience managing direct client/stakeholder contact
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong conceptual abilities and a creative problem-solving mindset
