About the role
Stonetree Landscapes Pty Ltd, a leading provider of landscaping and gardening services in the Bowral, NSW area, is seeking a full-time or casual Horticulturist or Garden Labourer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the stunning gardens and landscapes we create for our discerning clients.
A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transportation are required.
What you'll be doing
1. Undertaking a variety of gardening and landscaping tasks such as mowing, weeding, planting, pruning, and mulching
2. Assisting with the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems
3. Identifying and treating pests and diseases affecting plants
4. Providing expert advice to clients on plant selection, garden design, and ongoing maintenance
5. Liaising with clients to ensure their gardening and landscaping needs are met
6. Maintaining tools and equipment in good working order
7. Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations
What we're looking for
1. Formal qualifications in horticulture, landscaping, or a related field
2. Demonstrated experience in a similar gardening or landscaping role
3. Knowledge of a wide range of plant species, their care requirements, and pest/disease management
4. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
5. Excellent communication and customer service skills
6. A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transportation
7. A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn
8. Australian work rights are required for this position
