We are currently seeking a positive and passionate permanent part time Medical Receptionist to join our team in Chatswood and Dee Why due to a staff promotion
- Split role working as a front desk Medical Receptionist and Patient Booking Agent.
- Permanent part time position working 2 days a week (preferrably Tuesdays and Thursdays but flexible),
- Shift times between 8am - 5:00 pm. Each shift is 7.5 hours, and we provide your roster approximately four weeks in advance.
Reporting to our supportive Area Office Supervisor, you will play a vital role in providing high-level reception duties and administrative services. Your commitment to delivering professional, caring, and friendly services to our patients, referrers, and customers will be greatly appreciated.

Previous experience as a medical receptionist and call centre professional (desirable).
