Reporting to the National Digital Marketing Manager, you will manage the digital channels including the property websites, apps and CRM system in collaboration with the wider team. You will contribute to the commercial property Customer Strategy and ensure a seamless alignment between Real Estate Operations, Customer & Strategy and Technology Teams.

**Your daily duties will include**:
- Work in a team with the National Digital Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Executive, and Social Media Manager
- Plan, prioritise and execute digital experiences across property websites, apps and CRM
- Map the insights and trends to forecast the needs and expectations of the future customer to identify opportunities for innovation
- Deliver the website, app, and CRM activation plans for national marketing and customer engagement programs
- Assist with the development of data acquisition, augmentation and personalization tactics across key digital touch points including WiFi, apps and websites
- Collaborate with the Technology and Analytics teams to ensure website/app/CRM development processes are clearly defined and to define measurable metrics of success setting KPIs/ROI targets for reporting
- Ad hoc marketing support to stakeholders in the team
**To be successful for the role you will have the following attributes**:
- 3- 5+ years' experience in a similar position ideally with CRM and CMS experience
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience required and Sitecore a bonus
- Open to industry background - Property a bonus but not necessary
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Digital or similar desirable
- Strong initiative, decisiveness, organised and structured
- Ability to manage stakeholders in wider teams
- A proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to solve problems, improve system and procedural efficiency and effectiveness, and resolve issues as they arise
