About the Role
The successful applicant will be trained as a plant operator on various specialised equipment whilst undertaking a Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations. SPA is committed to the training and development of employees and the provision of a long-term career path.
Skills & Experience
- Current Drivers License
- Keen interest in machinery or civil construction
- Prepared to travel throughout Northern Queensland and potentially interstate
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work flexible hours to meet client needs
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to complete pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening
- Focus on maintaining a safe work environment
