Job Description
We are seeking a skilled BIM Manager to join our team on the Ipswich Hospital Expansion project. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in managing building information models and driving company policies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Proactively implementing company safety, environment, and quality policies.
2. Developing BIM Management Plans for bid and project teams.
3. Auditing and federating models for project teams.
4. Coordinating and reviewing BIM information and assisting with project design coordination meetings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Demonstrated experience in BIM Management within the building construction industry.
* Ability to follow, implement, and improve custom company and project BIM processes.
* Working knowledge of Australian Standards and Drafting Standards.
* Proficient computer skills, including software programs such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD.
