ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.
We are currently experiencing a significant growth phase in the remote sector, specifically throughout our Central QLD Region. Having recently been awarded an exciting new project with Anglo American, servicing villages in Middlemount, Moranbah, and Moura.
Locals are encouraged to apply on a drive-in, drive-out basis
The Position:
* Cleaning and servicing accommodation rooms and ensuites
* Changing linen and general waste collection
* Adhering to strict health, safety and hygiene standards
* Physically active role, must be able to work 10-hour days
The Person:
* Must have Driver's License and reliable car (No bus in and bus out)
* Strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Ability to stand for long hours and use to physical work
* Previous housekeeping experience desirable but not necessary
* Willing to work a DIDO roster in remote areas
* Able to pass pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol test
* Working within a team and sometimes autonomously
