This is a pivotal role responsible for managing our service delivery operations, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement across our fleet and transport services.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support the Service Delivery team at our Sydney branch based in Alexandria.
* Manage service vehicle fleet operations, with a big focus on ensuring compliance with legislative standards.
* Maintain Alsco's service platforms (Whip Around, ERB, Enable HR, City Fleet, telematics).
* Monitor route data to optimise driver safety, service quality, and cost efficiency.
* Partner with internal teams and external suppliers to meet budget and performance goals.
* Champion a positive branch culture and ensure all employees feel safe and supported.
What You'll Be Measured On
* 100% compliance with service platforms and vehicle safety inspections.
* Daily driver debriefs and weekly face-to-face check-ins.
* Delivery performance (DIFOT) and route optimisation.
* Execution of strategic plans and project outcomes.
* Fleet health, presentation, and preventative maintenance.
* Safety leadership and HACCP compliance.
What We're Looking For
* Valid Driver's Licence.
* Strong leadership and people management experience.
* Proven ability to build effective cross-functional relationships.
* Intermediate MS Office and operational software skills.
* Experience in logistics, customer service, and fleet management.
* Ability to analyse data and drive continuous improvement.
* Tertiary qualifications in business management or equivalent experience preferred but not essential.
