This is a rare opportunity for a driven Senior Business Development Manager to join a high-performing Property Management team and take your Real Estate career to the next level. You'll be part of a team of three experienced BDMs working collaboratively across Sydney's North Shore and Eastern Suburbs, alongside some of the industry's top-performing sales agents. The Opportunity
* Drive new Property Management business growth across the North Shore and Eastern Suburbs
* Work closely with a large network of successful Sales Agents to secure new managements
* Self-generate leads, prospect landlords, and convert opportunities into long-term clients
* Conduct property appraisals, open homes, and deliver a seamless onboarding experience
* Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and referral partners
* Represent one of Australia's most respected and recognised Real Estate brands
What We're Looking For
You're an experienced Real Estate Business Development Manager with a passion for growth and a genuine love of people and property. You're results-driven, confident in the listing process, and thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
To Succeed, You'll Bring
* 3+ years' experience in Property Management or Business Development
* A current Certificate of Registration (or Real Estate Licence) and up-to-date CPD
* Strong understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act
* Proven ability to generate, nurture, and convert new business
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
