**About the Role**
You will have the opportunity to be involved in the following areas:
- Quality agenda within the manufacturing business unit
- Compliance to meet all regulatory, customer and company requirements
- Implementation of process control and monitoring programs
- Quality testing of incoming raw material and driving continuous improvement with suppliers
- The development of initiatives to reduce customer complaints
- Cleaning and sanitation programmes and laboratory best practice
- Improvement initiatives for plant hygiene and sanitation systems including monitoring with relevant external suppliers
- Oversee all compliance testing and calibration activities to ensure adherence the Quality Framework.
**About You**
We are looking for experience, attributes that include:
- 2 - 5 years' experience in quality assurance role
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven safety accountability
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Awareness and understanding of QMS, HACCP and Food Safety Programmes
- Preferably experience in FMCG/Food manufacturing/Packaging Technology.
