About The Role
We're hiring an UX Researcher to optimize fan experiences within our Ovation pillar. This role will form part of our Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team to lead generative and evaluative research across our web, app, and AI-powered channels, helping us deliver seamless, emotionally resonant digital experiences. You’ll work closely with designers, product owners, and analysts to ensure every decision is grounded in deep customer understanding.

What does a day in the life look like?
* Lead user research initiatives across the digital ecosystem to inform strategy, design, and product decisions
* Design and execute qualitative studies (e.g. usability testing, interviews, diary studies) and quantitative research (e.g. surveys, benchmarking)
* Work closely with UX Designers, Product Owners, and Analysts to translate findings into actionable insights
* Advocate for the fan voice and champion user-centric thinking across teams
* Create clear research reports, journey maps, personas, and insight presentations that influence prioritisation and roadmaps
* Identify opportunities for continuous learning and testing, including lean research methods in agile sprints
* Manage recruitment of participants, set up research environments, and ensure ethical standards and data privacy compliance
About You
* 3+ years of experience in UX research (agency or in-house)
* Deep experience running interviews, usability testing, surveys, and journey mapping
* Strong understanding of digital platforms (web, app, mobile, AI interfaces)
* Excellent storytelling and communication skills
* A natural curiosity and empathy for people and their experiences
