**THE ROLE**
This 12 month opportunity will facilitate the delivery of initiatives and activities to enable Origin Procurement to meet its supplier relationship management and social responsibility commitments.
This will include building and managing a portfolio view of Origin's key supplier risks critical to Origin achieving its business objectives and facilitating the promotion and integration of supplier relationship management and social responsibility initiatives in Origin Procurement and create a strong platform of engagement between internal business partners and our suppliers as it relates to responsible procurement.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assist in rolling out managing the supplier relationship management framework, 
- Support the Origin business in development of relationships with key suppliers 
- Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG): Maintenance of business conduct watchlist, monitoring and escalation of incidents 
- Compliance: Maintenance of sanctions watchlist, monitoring and escalation of risks, review of all non-sanctions related exceptions 
- Financial: monitor financial stability of critical suppliers to identify supply continuity risk 
- Administer the Origin Vendor Profiling Portal, Supplier Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) and sanctions information to enable achievement of Origin's social responsibility objectives
**IS THIS YOU?**
You'll need to be commercially aware, have a strong process and data focus and excellent stakeholder management skills. You may have qualifications in a Commercial, legal, business or procurement discipline, but of more importance will be your focus on embedding of social responsibility initiatives and activities into the Origin Procurement processes and ways of working.
To be considered for this opportunity, you'll have:
- Awareness of vendor risk management methodologies and value of innovative and collaborative supplier relationships 
- Solid verbal and written communication skills across all levels of internal and external interfaces/stakeholders, with a demonstrated capacity to fully engage and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders. 
- Ability to act as internal and external interface, disseminating information and responding to queries 
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills 
- Strong knowledge and understanding of procurement ERP systems eg. Oracle, SAP. 
- Commercial, supply, procurement or Legal related degree is desirable.
