**The opportunity**
Reporting to and working closely with the Head of People and Culture, you will help co-create and embed our core people processes framework, employee engagement strategy and reward and recognition program. Scoping, developing and delivering a range of bespoke Learning and Development programs in the people management arena will be a high priority for this role.
**Your day to day**:
- Manage grievances, investigations, discipline, and performance management programs. 
- Interpret, analyse and monitor human resource data and reports to assist managers with workforce planning and operational matters and formulate corrective and performance improvement actions where required. 
- Oversee and coordinate recruitment and selection processes within your area of responsibility including developing and updating role descriptions and providing effective advice and mentoring to leaders throughout all phases of recruitment including selection methodologies. 
- Develop and deliver various training programs including Inductions, Code of Conduct, Recruitment and Selection, and leadership related training as required. 
- Manage human resource projects as they arise to deliver high quality human resource solutions and customer outcomes.
**What you'll bring**:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR with experience in a similar role, providing operational and tactical solutions to leaders. 
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment is highly desirable. 
- Previous experience with implementing HR and people-based initiatives and programs with strong stakeholder engagement. 
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end core HR processes. 
- Demonstrated achievement in the provision of professional HR generalist advice including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, culture development, performance management and learning and development. 
- Highly developed verbal and written communication. 
- High attention to detail. 
- A team orientated, dynamic, innovative approach to partnering throughout the business. 
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiences. 
- A passion for delivering a high level of customer service. 
- A solutions and outcome-focused approach with strong values-based leadership. 
- A systematic and logical problem-solving skill set.
