Key Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, you'll be accountable for managing trolley collection and cleaning services, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding results, and providing exceptional customer service.

This involves ensuring our stores are clean and safe for customers to shop. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and making decisions that drive business growth.


About the Role:

* Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop your team
* Safety awareness and compliance
* Able to lift heavy items (up to 16kg) and work on your feet for long periods
* Great communication, time management, and task prioritisation skills
