About the Role
As a Payroll Officer, you will:
- Process pay files and facilitate payroll-related procedures
- Develop payroll skills such as master data entry, timesheet coding, and leave processing
- Address and resolve complex pay-related queries
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and email
- Work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines, solve problems, and contribute to team goals
What We’re Looking For
- Current National Police Clearance (mandatory)
- Payroll experience (desirable)
- Experience with Chris21 (desirable)
- Background in Human Resources, Contracts, or Customer Service (call centre experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel – intermediate level)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage high volumes of work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, motivated, and able to meet strict deadlines
