Lead a Team of Practitioners in Youth Justice
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to oversee the delivery of a holistic education and wellbeing service supporting young people aged 10-16 years who have been in contact with the youth justice system and are disengaged from schooling. This role is responsible for leading a team, ensuring quality outcomes, strong stakeholder relationships, and safe, effective program delivery.
The ideal candidate will provide leadership, supervision, coaching, and performance management to a team of practitioners. They will oversee day-to-day program operations, ensuring service delivery meets contractual and legislative obligations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on inputs, outputs, and outcomes with accuracy and timeliness.
Main Responsibilities:

* Monitor and evaluate program progress.
* Manage risks associated with program delivery.
* Build and maintain relationships with local communities and stakeholders.
* Advocate on behalf of children, parents, and carers.
