**Job Description**
We are seeking an Administration Assistant to support the delivery of development and compliance services. The successful candidate will provide administrative support and secretarial assistance to the strategy and economic development directorate, with a focus on supporting the executive manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the strategy and economic development directorate
* Assist the executive manager in various tasks and projects
* Support all business units in the development and compliance department
* Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, document control, and customer service
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Certificate III in Office Administration or equivalent
* Minimum 12 months of experience in an administrative role
* Previous experience in local government is desirable
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and make decisions within authorized guidelines
Benefits:
