We're a locally owned business specialising in workwear, trophies and signage, proudly supporting schools, clubs, and businesses across the Central West and beyond. We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented team member to help us bring our customers' ideas to life.
About the Role
As part of our production team, you'll be hands-on in the creation of custom items including apparel, badges, trophies and promotional items. Your work will involve designing, creating, assembling, packing, and ensuring every order meets our high standards for timeliness, quality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to enquiries and prepare quotes and sales orders, in person, by phone and by email
* Create custom trophies, plaques, badges, and gifts using engraving and printing equipment
* Create custom apparel and promotional items using our modern printers and heat press machines
* Assemble orders accurately and efficiently
* Prepare artwork and layouts for customer approval
* Inspect finished products for quality and precision
* Assist with packaging and dispatch of orders
* Maintain a safe, clean and organised production area
* Serve customers and assist with shopfront duties
* Support the team with general duties as required
About You
We're looking for someone who:
* Has great attention to detail and pride in their work
* Enjoys working with their hands in a creative, fast-paced environment
* Is reliable, punctual, and able to work to deadlines
* Is comfortable using computers and learning new software
* Works well both independently and as part of a team
* Has an unrestricted drivers license and right to work in Australia
Above all else, you will be friendly, have a positive attitude, and a true passion for serving our customers.
Experience in engraving, printing, design, or a similar trade is an advantage, but not essential. Full training will be provided.
